"We RECORD the video during the day, and load it to our streaming video server at night after judging is over for the day.  Folks may access the recorded video the next day after judging.  We do charge a nominal fee for this service that covers our CDN and ISP fees."

One thing that we are doing differently this year that might interest folks is that we are putting COMPLETE catalog information on-screen for EVERY dog: name, sire, dam, AKC #, date of birth, owner, breeder, handler, address, etc.  Woo hoo! "
